Join us in celebrating an incredible milestone—50 years of service from our remarkable Vice President of Construction & Maintenance, Boo Nickle! Since 1974, Boo’s dedication and commitment have been the backbone of the maintenance and facilities team, making him a huge asset to Pratum.

From humble beginnings mopping floors and doing maintenance work to becoming VP in 1995, Boo’s journey is truly inspiring. His expertise has helped us avoid costly issues and achieve stellar REAC scores. With his trusty pick-up truck (better stocked than Home Depot!), Boo has been our hero in emergencies and a guiding force for our teams.
