Please join us in celebrating Dante Rivas as our new full-time Area Supervisor with Pratum Commercial Cleaning!

Dante started with us over a decade ago as a working supervisor in Urbana, MD — and now, after 10 years of dedication, we’re thrilled to have him officially on board full-time.

He brings deep expertise from roles at ABM, Compass Group, and as a certified floor technician at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. In his new role, Dante will support quality assurance, evening operations, and special cleaning projects alongside Andrea Devia and the commercial cleaning team.

Outside of work, Dante enjoys time with his wife, two kids, and new grandbaby in Gaithersburg, MD — plus reading, walking his dog Baba, and staying busy around the house.

We’re excited for this next chapter and confident that Dante’s leadership will continue moving Pratum Cleaning forward.
