With 13+ years of HR experience, Darryl has been key in shaping Pratum’s people strategy—leading talent acquisition, employee relations, and leadership advising. Before Pratum, he spent six years in HR at Nordstrom and even served as a legislative aide to Congressman Elijah E. Cummings. He holds degrees from Morgan State University and UDC and is a member of SHRM.
