With a strong track record of driving operational efficiency, achieving financial goals, and delivering top-tier resident experiences, Claudia is a powerhouse in property management.

Her journey in the industry is one of dedication and growth—starting as a Leasing Associate, she worked her way up to General Manager before stepping into her current role. With an MBA from the University of Maryland and PMP certification, Claudia brings expertise, strategy, and a passion for excellence to our team. We’re excited to welcome Claudia to the Pratum team.
