Multi-Housing News featured Pratum’s latest expansion effort, showcasing how our partnership with Yolanda Winstead, President & CEO of DHIC, has led the momentum of a three community lease up—Stone Glen, Milner Commons, and Hardee Street—introducing over 450 affordable units to North Carolina.

Donna Walker, our EVP of Operations noted that while the initial lease-up of Stone Glen saw strong demand, some AMI units experienced lower-than-expected traffic. To address this, Pratum collaborated with local housing authorities and businesses, government agencies, and expanded digital marketing efforts to boost occupancy.
