With more than 30 years of experience in commercial, residential, and office property management, Rhonda has built her career with a strong focus on third-party management. She has held executive leadership roles with several major developers in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas, including JBG Smith, Rosenthal Properties, Halle Enterprises, and Questar Properties. Rhonda is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an active member of both the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
