With more than 25 years of experience in property management, Sheri Conde has built her career with a strong focus on affordable multi-family housing and operations. She previously served Pratum in several leadership roles, advancing from Regional Property Manager to Vice President. Her experience also includes leadership positions with Equity Residential, The Dolben Company, The Shelter Group, Telesis Corporation, and Enterprise Residential. Sheri holds professional designations including Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP).
