Teresa leads compliance operations across affordable housing programs, directing regulatory interpretation, policy execution, and adherence to HUD, LIHTC, tax-exempt bond, and blended-occupancy requirements. She partners with corporate teams to navigate complex regulations while strengthening audit readiness, accuracy, and operational consistency.
Her career spans human services, property management, and community-based program administration, with a focus on strengthening compliance frameworks and improving review outcomes. At Conifer, she progressed from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager, Community Support Specialist, and Special Projects Manager. She later served at Vesta Corporations, overseeing a full property rehabilitation and resyndication, and at FCRE as a Compliance Consultant.
Teresa holds Blended Occupancy Specialist, Management and Occupancy Review Specialist, Certified Occupancy Specialist, and Novogradac Property Compliance certifications and earned a B.S. in Human Development from Binghamton University.
