Teresa has been a valued part of the Pratum Compliance Consulting family since May 2025, bringing deep expertise in affordable housing compliance and property operations. With a strong background in both leadership and regulatory oversight, she will play a key role in supporting our growing portfolio and driving operational excellence across our communities.

Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from SUNY Binghamton and is known for her collaborative spirit, commitment to quality, and passion for making a positive impact.
