Congratulations to Claudia Garcia PMP on her promotion to Director of Business Administration and Acquisition, and to Sarah Norwood on her promotion to Senior Manager of Yardi Platform and Support Services.

Claudia has played a key role in leading our market-rate and conventional property portfolio, supporting new acquisitions and overseeing leasing and lease-up activity across multiple properties. In her new role, she will help guide property transitions, streamline operational workflows, and support the development of standardized processes across our growing portfolio.

Sarah has distinguished herself through her deep expertise in Yardi systems, technical support, and affordable multifamily property management. With more than a decade of experience, she will now lead expanded platform and support services to help our teams meet the evolving operational needs of the business.
