The Pratum team has returned from Denver, CO, where the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN) Summit 2025 brought together female leaders and innovators in affordable housing—and we’re feeling inspired.
We were proud to have Shannon Bodnar represent Pratum during a panel on the role of AI in affordable housing. The message was clear: don’t be afraid—start small, ask the right questions, build a thoughtful corporate policy, and tackle real pain points to unlock meaningful impact.
The summit was filled with energy, bold ideas, and valuable networking, and we’re incredibly thankful to WAHN for an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to 2026!
