Cortney brings more than 27 years of experience in multi-family, multi-site, and affordable housing management, having led operations across 20+ states and served in leadership roles with national and regional industry associations. She joins Pratum’s leadership team with a clear mission: to strengthen organizational programs, enhance operational excellence, and help set the foundation for Pratum’s continued growth.

Outside the office, Cortney is a proud Disney and Star Wars fan who enjoys reading, quality time with her dogs, and continuous learning.
