We’re excited to officially welcome Jaylen Fails, Jephiter Okumu, and Michael Doerfler as they step into their new roles!

Jaylen Fails joins us as Senior Property Accountant, bringing experience from Beatty Development Group, Enterprise Residential, and Horizon Land Company. With a background in A/P and multi-family property management, Jaylen holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Maryland.

Jephiter Okumu joins us full-time as Property Accountant after previously supporting the team in a temporary capacity. Jeff has spent much of his career in real estate accounting, including roles at Bozzuto and Lincoln Properties. He earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia.

Michael Doerfler is now officially on board as an Accounts Payable Analyst after also supporting us temporarily. He brings experience from Washingtonian Media and Avison Young, plus a background in real estate sales. Michael holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Maryland.
