Mark brings more than six years of multifamily housing experience across both property management and client-side roles. His background includes work as an Assistant Property Manager, Office Manager, and Compliance Specialist, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the operational and compliance needs of affordable housing communities.
He also brings specialized knowledge through his Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) certifications and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics.
