Tammy brings more than 20 years of property management experience, having progressed through leadership roles from Property Manager to Assistant Vice President of Property Management. Her background includes extensive experience in multifamily affordable housing, along with strong operational and compliance expertise.

Based in Pennsylvania, Tammy will primarily support our newly acquired HelpDevCo portfolio, serving communities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Washington, DC.

We’re excited to have Tammy Take Root With Us and look forward to the experience, leadership, and perspective she brings to our residents, clients, and teams.
