January 21, 2025 — Pratum celebrates twenty years of Liza McCorkle’s commitment to creating thriving communities. Starting as a Community Manager and working her way up to General Manager, Liza currently oversees eight Pratum communities, including Apostolic Towers, Hanover Square Apartments, Franklin Square School Apartments, and Southern High School Apartments.
Reflecting on her journey over the past TWO decades, Liza shares: “I have enjoyed building strong relationships with my team members and operation team over all the years that I have been with Edgewood and Pratum. I truly feel like I belong to a team that supports me, much like a family.”
