Amy Krzesniak

Amy supervises the compliance department, oversees monitoring for the company’s subsidized and tax-credit properties, implements policies and procedures and ensures compliance with a variety of housing programs on the local, state and federal level. Amy is responsible for housing assistance payment contract renewals, rent comparability studies, implementing annual income and rent limits, updating utility allowances as well as all annual compliance reporting. She oversees Fair Housing compliance and is the company’s 504 Coordinator. Amy is certified in Fair Housing, Tax Credit Compliance, Multifamily HUD Assisted Housing and Blended Occupancy Housing. She has more than 15 years of experience, working with many housing authorities, state agencies, finance agencies, the Department of Housing and Urban Development and Department of Indian Affairs.
