Devin leads the development of Pratum’s new community impact platform, a corporate initiative designed to support resident-focused programs across properties we manage. These programs aim to improve health outcomes, support financial stability, and expand access to education and career opportunities. With nearly 20 years of experience in community impact work—including roles at Telesis, Fairstead, and the National Housing Trust—Devin has also consulted for HUD and local governments on broadband access in low-income communities. He is a graduate of Saint Louis University and Harvard University and is actively involved in mentoring and civic engagement.
